A letter to you, from Christen

Dear Reader,

I am truly both happy and sad that you’re here on my site. I’m so glad you found me, but I’m truly sorry for all of the struggles you’ve already been through to get here.

I am no stranger to struggling students, tears at the homework table, stressing over grades, and having huge question marks over future plans. It means so much to me that I made it my profession to help families navigate this challenging process.

I didn’t want to be like other providers - I made it my mission to make psycho-educational and neurodevelopmental assessments easy to access in the homes of families (or on their computer screens.) I truly want to make this process as painless and worry-free as possible for you and your family.

I celebrate children of all ability levels, it would be an honor and privilege to meet your son or daughter and work with them. Read more about me in my bio below, and please email or call me if you have questions. I’m ready to jump into this process together!

Help is on the way,

Christen

Christen is a native of the DFW metroplex. A proud TCU Horned Frog alumni, you’ll probably find her wearing purple at Amon G. Carter stadium in the fall. In addition to her diagnostician work, Christen is an adjunct professor in the TCU College of Education preparing future teachers. When it’s not football season, she’s probably finding the next best taco spot with her rescued mixed breed dog, Cooper. She loves exploring nature trails both near and far, especially when Cooper can join. When it’s pumpkin spice season, she’s trying it in every way you can image. When she finally has some down time, she’s probably watching the newest true crime release on Netflix.

Professionally, Christen has worked with children of varying ages and abilities for over 15 years. As an educational diagnostician, she has experience with children in both classroom and private settings. Christen is an expert in the educational processes relating to students in both general education and special education, and she can confidently help you navigate it all.
